At Peppino’s Neapolitan we believe fresh just tastes better.
That’s why we prepare everything by hand. All of our ingredients are GMO Free and contain no trans fats or artificial colors and sweeteners. We use Free Range Chicken and Grass Fed Beef raised responsibly without antibiotics or hormones. We feel this is a tribute to the old world customs of Italian cooking. This is the way food was meant to be prepared.

We make our pastas in house in our traditional Neapolitan pasta room. We offer two different kinds of pasta, one is an extruded semolina pasta using our imported pasta maker, the other is hand formed using 00 Caputo flour. They have a silky springy texture with a rich buttery flavor.
